The Internally Locking Pull-Type Rivet is a high-strength structural blind rivet. Its core design features a step inside the cap flange hole that is slightly larger than the inner diameter. During riveting, the flange head of the rivet body is compressed and deformed by the rivet gun nozzle, causing part of the material to flow into a specially designed material reservoir groove on the mandrel. This prevents further deformation of the mandrel. When the predetermined breakage point is reached, the mandrel fractures at the fracture groove, completing the riveting process.
