Core Features

Self-Drilling Tip: Features a specially designed sharp drill point (commonly called a "TEK Point") at the tip. Requires no pre-drilling, allowing it to drill its own pilot hole and tap threads in various materials like thin metal sheets, wood, and plastic, significantly improving work efficiency.

Cross Recess (Phillips Drive): The screw head has a standard cross recess (Phillips) design, offering high compatibility with common Phillips screwdrivers or electric/pneumatic screwdrivers for rapid installation.

Countersunk Head: The screw head has a standard 82° or 90° conical shape. When tightened, the head sinks completely below the material surface, creating a flat, smooth finish. This prevents protrusion, enhancing aesthetics and safety (reducing snagging hazards).

Surface Treatment: Typically features zinc plating (clear zinc, yellow zinc, blue/white zinc, etc.) or Dacromet coating, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.
