Core Characteristics
Head Shape: Button head. This is its most distinctive feature. The head has a low-profile hemispherical or mushroom-like shape with a flat top. This design is both aesthetically pleasing and provides sufficient bearing surface, while the head does not protrude as much as a cylindrical head.
Drive Type: Hex socket. The head features a hexagonal hole that requires a hex key for tightening and loosening. This drive type offers high torque transmission, uses simple and common tools, and allows the bolt head to be countersunk into the workpiece, resulting in a clean appearance.
Standard Compliance: Conforms to the ISO 7380-1 standard (which specifies dimensions and mechanical properties) and ISO 7380-2 (which specifies mechanical performance and test methods).
Key Applications:
Mechanical Manufacturing: Used for equipment assembly and component fixation, such as in engines, steam turbines, etc.
• Automotive Assembly: Commonly employed for fastening doors, chassis, and other parts.
• Energy Sector: Suitable for nuclear power equipment, power generation systems, and boiler pipelines.
• Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries: Applied in pressure vessels, medical devices, and other corrosion-resistant environments.
